I’m happy to announce after seven very rewarding seasons at Windsor Oaks Vineyards & Winery as winemaker for all our artisan wines and custom crush clients, plus grape sales, as of May 2012, I’ve sold my interests in the business and am excited to explore new fine winemaking projects and roles.

Looking back, it’s been so gratifying to start on the ground floor to launch and grow the wine business with our partners, team and deeply connected customer following, whom I have always regarded as  “extended family.”  The passion we unlocked together for fine wines that express their distinct vineyard blocks, varietal clones and hand-crafted techniques has been inspiring.  It is an honor, and quite humbling, for each of the wines I fondly polished as  individual jewels to be so loved.  I will continue to treasure the notes, photos, mementos, stories and wines since my winemaking is only really complete once your bottle is a lasting and fond memory.

Looking ahead, I’m eager to continue sharing my signature passion for artisan winemaking, the farming arts, personal, friendly wine education and hospitality that comes from the heart.
